Heart of Midlothian will have a surplus of defensive options going into their crunch double-header to secure top six in the Scottish Premiership.
Craig Halkett returned to the match-day squad for last week's defeat to Celtic and was an unused substitute on the day.
He could be joined on Sunday by three other defenders as Dundee United travel to Tynecastle Park on Sunday.
Stephen Kingsley and Frankie Kent have been long-term absentees but, like Halkett, returned to the training field last week. Though Kingsley is a slight doubt for Sunday after picking up an illness earlier in the week.
Jamie McCart, who has been missing with a less-serious thigh injury has trained all week though is also a doubt.
Right-back Gerald Taylor is the only player missing from Neil Critchley's squad.
The Hearts head coach said: "The squad is looking really healthy, to be honest with you.
"Other than Gerald, who got injured on international duty, who will be out.
"Craig Halkett was on the bench last week against Celtic. Frankie Kent's been training this week. Stephen Kingsley was ill at the start of the week, but he was out training today.
"They've been out on the grass, joining in with the squad and training. We've got lots of bodies, numbers, strength in depth, and I'm going to be, unfortunately, disappointing a few people in the next few games.
"Jamie McCart will hopefully be back as well. He's trained this week. No complications, no issues. We just have to decide whether he feels as though he's done enough."
We'll speak to our medical team and make that decision. So far, the players who've returned, there's been no complications, no issues. They've trained, they're feeling good.
It's nice to have their presence on the pitch, their experience and seniority back into the group. They've got good voices around the dressing room. They add a lot to the group."
Hearts take on Dundee United at home on Sunday after Jim Goodwin's men all but secured their top-six status with a win over Ross County last weekend.
After that is a trip to Motherwell for Critchley's side, in what is the final day before the Scottish Premiership splits in half.
