Claudio Braga has been chosen by his Heart of Midlothian team-mates as the 2025/26 Players’ Player of the Year.
The Portuguese forward has been a sensation since arriving from Aalesunds in Norway last summer, helping Hearts to the top of the Scottish Premiership with four games to go.
Braga has scored 17 goals in all competitions, forming a deadly partnership with captain Lawrence Shankland.
Midfielder Cammy Devlin picked up the Fans’ Player of the Year at the awards ceremony at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre on Sunday evening, where Colin Chisholm performed the Hearts Song while the players were on stage.
Chisholm will perform again on Monday evening at Tynecastle as the team walks out ahead of facing Rangers.
Alexandros Kyziridis was given Goal of the Season for his stunning strike against Falkirk, while Craig Gordon picked up Save of the Season for denying Dundee’s Emile Acquah in the dying seconds of the win at Dens Park.
The Moment of the Season went to Craig Halkett’s late winner in the opening Edinburgh derby of the season.

For Hearts Women, Georgia Timms scooped a double, picking up the Player of the Year and the Players’ Player of the Year, while Jess Husband was awarded Goal of the Season for her strike versus Hibernian in the 2-0 win at Tynecastle.
The Foundation of Hearts Award, which recognises a supporter who has gone above and beyond, was given to Alastair Bruce, a former board member and long-time contributor to the FOH.
