Heart of Midlothian are well represented in the PFA Scotland team of the year, which has been announced.
Four players from the Scottish Premiership league leaders have been selected in the XI.
Centre-back Craig Halkett, left-back Harry Milne and strike duo Lawrence Shankland and Claudio Braga have made the team.
Cammy Devlin, however, is a surprise omission, having been the best player in the league until his injury.
There are five players from fourth-placed Motherwell, with goalkeeper Calum Ward, Paul McGinn, Elliot Watt, Elijah Just and forward Tawanda Maswanhise.
Celtic and Rangers each provide one player, Benjamin Nygren and Emmanuel Fernandez, respectively.
It is the first time Hearts have had more than two representatives in the Premiership team of the year, which was brought in by PFA Scotland for the 20026/07 campaign. In 2021/22, Craig Gordon and John Souttar made the XI, as did Jon McLaughlin and Christophe Berra in 2017/18.
Halkett has been rewarded for a bounce-back year and consistency at centre-back that has largely been unrivalled while also posing a goal threat.
Milne has been a hugely important player for Derek McInnes. He has been a marauding and aggressive full-back, providing a creative output, as well as a versatile option, playing right wing, centre midfield and wing-back.
Shankland and Braga have built a formidable strike partnership. Between them they have scored 34 goals in all competitions.
