Even though Heart of Midlothian’s right side is not nearly as problematic as it was, it is still the most difficult part of the team to predict.
Last time out against Aberdeen, Alexandros Kyziridis moved over to that side, allowing Harry Milne to push high up to link with Blair Spittal, on the left side of a midfield three.
In practice it was a back three, with Michael Steinwender tucking in from right back.
The rest of the team pretty much picks itself. Alexander Schwolow will start in goals, with Craig Halkett at centre-back alongside Jamie McCart in the continued absence of Stuart Findlay.
Milne will start at left-back, getting beyond the same midfield three from last time and liking well with Spittal. Marc Leonard will again anchor the midfield and Tomas Magnusson will be the player asked to push into the box.
Up front, Claudio Braga and Kyziridis will start, exactly where depends on who else is picked. Will they be joined in attack again by Landry Kabore or will Derek McInnes bring Islam Chesnokov back into the starting line-up?
After a heavy defeat to Falkirk in their last game, Kilmarnock may change system, but if their matches under Neil McCann so far are anything to go by, the Killie boss likes to flood the midfield and ask his wingbacks to provide width. Sometimes a diamond, the shape allows them to play with a front two.
With this in mind, will McInnes bring in Chesnokov and go with two natural wingers against what could be a narrow set-up? Perhaps, but even if Hearts were to go with the same line-up as last time out, even though it only had one natural winger, Milne provided the width on the left.
The result may have been narrow against Aberdeen but the performance deserved more, meaning there will be few, if any, changes this coming weekend.
One place where we could see a change is at right-back. Oisin McEntee is the only player from a lengthy injury list who has made himself available for Saturday’s televised Scottish Premiership fixture.
Michael Steinwender was one of Hearts’ better players two weeks ago but McInnes is a huge fan of McEntee and usually finds a place for him in the side. If McEntee does not start for whatever reason, the same team as two weeks ago is a possibility.
And while the above will roughly be the starting formation, like a fortnight ago, don't be surprised if it is something more like this in practice:
