The Heart of Midlothian manager is Steven Naismith. As a player, forward Naismith played for the likes of Kilmarnock, Rangers, and Everton before joining Steve Clarke's Scotland national team coaching staff after hanging up his boots.
Naismith later took on the role of Hearts' player development manager and went on to manage the club's B team in 2022.
When Robbie Neilson was sacked near the end of the 2022/23 season, Naismith took over as interim manager. After a successful interim period, he was appointed as the club’s technical director in June 2023, before being named head coach in September 2023.
Naismith guided Hearts to the Scottish Cup and League Cup semi-finals during his first full season in charge, as well as sealing third place – and guaranteed European league phase football in the 2024/25 season – in impressive fashion.
